Blood poured over the sides of my boots,
Like an oil tanker that was hit by rockets
I tried to end the ooze,
But there was no way to stop it.
I dialed the three digit number,
The one I've always been told to call
And they picked up right away,
With no hesitation at all!
They were very helpful when they said,
"We'll send a first responder"
What I heard next filled me with dread,
"But first, some words from our sponsor!"
